1) 2024 Income Tax Receipts are available to pick up at the back of the both churches.


2) Stations of the Cross will be prayed after all weekend Masses during Lent. St. Ann’s: Sunday morning before the 8:30am mass St. Mary’s: Saturday evening after the 5:00pm mass; Sunday morning after the 10:30am mass.


3) Adoration and Confession: all Friday mornings during Lent, following mass at 9:00am.


4) Palms: Parishioners are welcome to bring in old palms and drop them in the baskets at the back of the church.

5) Lenton Retreat on Hope: All are invited to attend at St. Stephen’s Parish, Cayuga on Saturday April 12th from 9:00am to 2:00pm. $20.00 per person. Refreshments and lunch provided. Please contact Bernadine Lutes to RSVP 905-772-5348 or email carrouselbb@rogers.com


6)Journey Through Lent Video Series: The Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops’ 2025 Journey Through Lent video series, which includes reflections on the readings for Ash Wednesday and each Sunday in Lent, including Palm Sunday, is now available on the CCCB website: www.cccb.ca/lent. This series is designed for individuals, families and communities, providing spiritual inspiration and guidance on how to prepare for the Easter. Season.

 

7)Diocesan Day of Reconciliation, Saturday, April 5th 2025. In every parish church across the diocese a priest will be available to hear confessions. All are welcome to celebrate the Sacrament of Penance, which assists us in spiritual discipline as we turn away from sin and open our hearts to reconciliation and healing.

8)Respect for Life Mass with Bishop Bergie will be held on Tuesday, March 25th at 7:00pm at the Cathedral of St. Catherine of Alexandra, 67 Church Street, St. Catharines, on The Feast of the Annunciation of the Lord. All parishioners are encouraged to attend and join together in prayer for a greater respect for life from conception to natural death.
